Validation
The sample sites load Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons and two variable fonts from their own assets; the generated pages contain no external requests.
Decision
Self-host every library and font, unmodified, with version, source and license recorded in a register next to the files.
A library is updated by replacing its folder as a whole and changing the version in the register.
Fonts are self-hosted variable fonts with one preload and font-display: swap.
